All essence purchases are non-refundable.  Unopened or damaged audiocassettes, CDs, books & scarves may be returned for full refund within 30 days.

Services

All deposits for workshops are non-refundable non-transferable.

Harmonizer Cancellation Policy

Please read the Cancellation Policy and Provision as outlined below.  By enrolling, you automatically agree to and are bound by this policy. Once you purchase 90 days of the Harmonizer, you have committed yourself to the entire 12 month program. The first 90 days are non-refundable and non-transferable under any and all circumstances.  Your Harmonizer will automatically be continued for a full year and you will be charged quarterly.  If you would like to cancel your Harmonizer before the full year is up you may do this in writing before the next quarter begins.  You cannot cancel in the middle of a 90 day period, only before the next quarter begins.
